Why Is Your Support Important?
- Motivation and Praise: Positive feedback boosts your child’s self-confidence and increases enjoyment.
- Understanding and Patience: Show empathy in difficult moments and keep the long-term development in mind.
- Punctuality: Ensure your child arrives on time for training and matches.
- Proper Equipment: Boots, shin guards, and weather-appropriate clothing should be prepared.
- Hydration: A filled water bottle is part of every session.
- Communication: Stay in contact with coaches and club officials regarding progress or concerns.
- Support on matchdays: Help with small organizational tasks (when needed) to keep processes smooth.
Encourage your child to take responsibility for equipment, punctuality, and training habits. This builds discipline and confidence.
Football supports fitness, resilience, social skills, and teamwork. Children learn to handle setbacks, build friendships, and develop a competitive mindset in a healthy way.
When parents, coaches, and players work together, development becomes more consistent and sustainable. Your commitment strengthens both the team and the community.
- No tactical instructions: Coaching comes from the coaching staff.
- Respect: Treat referees, opponents, and all children respectfully.
- Positive support: Encourage constructively and keep the tone calm.
- Role model: Demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship.
- After training/matches: Showering and changing clothes supports recovery and health.
- Clean equipment: Regular cleaning prevents odors and skin issues.
- Essentials: Towel, flip-flops, shower gel/shampoo.
The Performance Squad is for players who show strong ability, commitment, and development potential. Admission is based on assessment sessions where coaches evaluate technique, tactical understanding, attitude, and learning capacity.
